The State Board shall prescribe reasonable modifications and accommodations that must be used in the administration of an examination to a pupil who is limited English proficient and who is unable to take an examination under regular testing conditions. The results of each pupil who is limited English proficient and who takes an examination with modifications and accommodations must be reported and included within the determination of whether the school and the school district have made adequate yearly progress.”
